I can't tell you how happy I am that you are doing this and at a time of day that I can work into my schedule.

 

Since I've started, the things I've learned about proper posture and protecting my low back have already started paying off.  I've learned some new stretches and have been motivated to do them at home and at work. 

 

I enjoy doing this as a group.  I like the pace and I find because it is so invololved, all I think about is what I'm doing and not all the other daily thoughts that clutter my mind; relaxing. 

 

Your positive attitude is great; I smile when I think of your response to my diet I sent you.
